Topic 74 of 96: Stock Market Crash of 2002

Tue, Jul 23, 2002 (14:58) | Paul Terry Walhus (terry)
It's happening. The market has been in a long slide down to under
8,000 territory. And August 14th is on the near horizon. That's the
date when all companies with earnings in excess of $1.2 billion, about
900 outfits, will have to vet their financial statements.

After Aug 14, all the CEOs and CFOs of these companies will be liable
for financial fraud.

Will this be the big crash?
